Use of the site
Eligibility
By accessing or using bdgwinplay.in.net ("the Site"), you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, are legally permitted to use online gaming and prediction platforms under the laws applicable in your state or territory within India, and are not accessing the Site from a jurisdiction where such use is prohibited. Residents of Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Assam, Nagaland, Sikkim, and Odisha should consult local regulations before registering, as certain online skill-based games may carry additional restrictions in those states. Minors are strictly prohibited from registering or participating on the Site, and BDG Win reserves the right to request identity verification at any time.
Permitted and prohibited conduct
You may use the Site solely for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes. You agree not to transmit malware or harmful code, engage in fraudulent activity including the creation of multiple accounts or any manipulation of game outcomes, scrape or harvest data without prior written consent, or impersonate any person or entity. Attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities, coordinate with other users to gain an unfair advantage, or use automated bots or scripts to interact with the Site is a serious violation and will result in immediate, permanent account termination without refund.
Account responsibilities
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must ensure that all registration details provided, including your name, mobile number, and linked payment identifiers such as UPI IDs registered with PhonePe, Google Pay, or BHIM, are accurate and kept current. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access. BDG Win shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to safeguard your login information.
Intellectual property
Ownership
All content published on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, software, game mechanics, prediction algorithms, and overall look and feel, is the exclusive property of BDG Win or its licensors and is protected under applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws, including the Copyright Act, 1957 and the Trade Marks Act, 1999. The BDG Win name, logo, and associated marks are registered trade marks. No content may be copied, reproduced, mirrored, or redistributed on any platform without express prior written consent from BDG Win.
Limited licence to users
BDG Win grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not include the right to reproduce or distribute Site content, sub-license or resell access to the platform, use BDG Win trade marks or branding in any promotional material without written consent, or reverse-engineer any software forming part of the Site. Any unauthorised use automatically and immediately terminates this licence, and BDG Win reserves all rights to pursue legal remedies.
User-submitted content
If you submit content to the Site such as feedback, reviews, or support correspondence, you grant BDG Win a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, and publish that content to operate and improve the Site. You warrant that you hold all necessary rights to grant this licence and that your submission does not infringe any third-party intellectual property, privacy, or defamation rights. BDG Win may remove any user-submitted content at its sole discretion without prior notice.
Limitation of liability
Disclaimer of warranties
The Site and all content, features, and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. BDG Win expressly disclaims all implied warranties, including those of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance windows and unforeseen technical outages may temporarily affect availability, and BDG Win accepts no liability for losses incurred during such periods.
Cap on liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, BDG Win, its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, failed payment transactions via PhonePe, Google Pay, BHIM, or any UPI-based method, or business interruption, arising out of your use of or inability to use the Site. BDG Win's total aggregate liability for all claims combined shall not exceed the greater of the total fees you paid to BDG Win in the twelve months preceding the claim or INR 500.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BDG Win and its affiliated parties from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any rights of a third party. This obligation survives the termination of your account and these Terms.
